Join Netflix as an Influencer Liaison focusing on Creative Talent, a fully remote opportunity to connect with and empower the next generation of storytellers and content creators. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to cultivate strong relationships within the influencer community, helping to bring Netflix’s diverse content to a wider audience through authentic and engaging partnerships. This role is crucial in amplifying our brand message and fostering genuine connections with talent who share our passion for entertainment.
As an Influencer Liaison, you will be at the forefront of identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key creative talent and influencers across various platforms. Your work will directly impact our content promotion strategies, ensuring that Netflix remains a leading voice in entertainment culture. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States, collaborating with teams across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and vet potential creative talent and influencers for alignment with Netflix brand values and specific content campaigns.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with influencers and and their representatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to strategize and execute innovative influencer campaigns.
- Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and ensure campaign deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new talent within the creator economy.
- Represent Netflix at virtual industry events and engagements as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or public relations, specifically with a focus on creative talent.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and their respective communities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and talent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Existing network of contacts within the entertainment or influencer industry.
- Experience working with global teams or in an international context.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools for campaign tracking and reporting.
