Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated WFH Shopify Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for individuals looking to manage easy administrative tasks related to our Shopify e-commerce operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online store, contributing to a seamless customer experience. This role is 100% remote, offering unparalleled flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine data entry for product listings, descriptions, and inventory updates within the Shopify platform.
- Assist with basic order processing, including verifying order details and communicating with fulfillment teams.
- Respond to routine customer inquiries via email regarding orders, products, and shipping information.
- Monitor website for basic errors or inconsistencies and report issues.
- Help organize digital assets and ensure they are correctly linked to products.
- Support marketing efforts by scheduling pre-approved content or updates on the Shopify blog/pages.
- Maintain organized records of tasks and communications.
Required Skills
- Basic familiarity with the Shopify e-commerce platform.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
