Job Description
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a sophisticated and welcoming Luxury Retail Greeter & Host to join our esteemed team in Milwaukee. This is a unique opportunity to be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele, setting the tone for an exceptional luxury shopping experience. Your primary role will be to greet guests warmly, manage store flow, and ensure a pristine and inviting atmosphere, all without the pressure of sales targets. You will embody the elegance and service standards of Tiffany & Co., contributing to our reputation for world-class hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all clients and visitors to the boutique, creating a distinguished first impression.
- Efficiently manage client flow, directing guests to appropriate departments or associates as needed.
- Maintain the pristine appearance and ambiance of the entrance and reception areas.
- Offer refreshments to waiting clients and ensure their comfort.
- Assist with basic inquiries and provide general information about the boutique and its offerings.
- Support the retail team by ensuring a smooth and organized client journey from arrival to departure.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding client service and store operations.
- Represent the Tiffany & Co. brand with professionalism, grace, and an impeccable personal presentation.
