Job Description
Join our dynamic team at DHL Supply Chain as a Subscription Box Kitting Worker! In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling various components into attractive subscription boxes. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production goals. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble subscription boxes according to specific client instructions and packaging guidelines.
- Verify product counts and quality before kitting to ensure all components are correct and free from damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Operate basic packaging equipment (e.g., tape dispensers, shrink wrap machines) as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on finished boxes to ensure proper presentation and secure packaging.
- Report any discrepancies, product issues, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding product handling and safety.
Required Skills
