Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Micro-Expression Labeler to join our cutting-edge Emotion Detection AI team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and labeling subtle, fleeting facial expressions (micro-expressions) from video and image data. Your work will directly contribute to the training and refinement of our advanced AI models, enhancing their ability to understand and interpret human emotions. This position requires exceptional observational skills, patience, and a keen eye for nuance. You will work within a structured framework, adhering to strict guidelines to ensure data consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely identify and label micro-expressions (e.g., anger, fear, joy, sadness, surprise, disgust, contempt) in vast datasets of human facial video and still images.
- Adhere strictly to established labeling protocols, definitions, and quality standards.
- Perform quality assurance on labeled data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Provide constructive feedback on labeling tools and guidelines to improve efficiency and clarity.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to understand project requirements and refine labeling strategies.
- Maintain high levels of productivity while ensuring data integrity and precision.
- Participate in calibration sessions and training to enhance labeling proficiency and knowledge of human psychology related to emotions.
