Job Description
Join Intel as an Occupational Wellness Aide and become a vital part of our corporate support team, dedicated to enhancing employee well-being. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a positive and healthy workplace culture by assisting with the coordination and execution of various wellness programs and initiatives. You will work closely with the Human Resources and Wellness departments, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment while directly impacting the health and happiness of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate wellness events, workshops, and health screenings.
- Maintain wellness program records, update participant databases, and manage scheduling for wellness activities.
- Prepare communication materials, including flyers, emails, and intranet updates, to promote wellness initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the wellness team, including managing supplies, setting up meeting spaces, and handling correspondence.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding wellness programs and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Help track program participation and collect feedback to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of wellness services.
- Support the creation of reports and presentations on wellness program outcomes and engagement.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in health and wellness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college coursework in health sciences, human resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience with event planning or coordination.
- Basic understanding of health and wellness principles.
