Job Description
Join our McDonald’s team in Fishers as a Fast Food Shift Assistant! This entry-level position is designed for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart a career in restaurant management. You will work closely with the Shift Manager, learning the essential operations of a high-volume fast-food establishment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Shift Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Support team members in various stations, including front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Help manage inventory, stocking, and order preparation processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through active participation and constructive feedback.
- Learn and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
