Job Description

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Downtown Hamilton is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lash Artist Assistant to join our growing team. This is an incredible entry-level opportunity for individuals with absolutely no prior experience in lash artistry. We believe in nurturing talent and providing comprehensive, hands-on training to help you become a skilled professional. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are ready to learn, we want to hear from you! We offer weekly direct deposit to ensure financial stability as you grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Lash Artists with client preparation, including setting up workstations and ensuring a sterile environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lash application areas, tools, and equipment.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and provide a comfortable experience.
- Sanitize and prepare lash tools and products according to strict hygiene protocols.
- Restock supplies and manage inventory for lash services.
- Observe and learn various lash application techniques from experienced artists.
- Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
