Job Description

This position is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and vacation packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Offer personalized travel recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and handle changes or cancellations accurately.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and company offerings.
- Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and booking efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the travel industry or a booking agent role.
- Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or similar booking platforms.
- Knowledge of multiple languages.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
