Caesars Windsor is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Holiday Resort All-Rounders to join our vibrant team for the summer season! Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about resort amenities, and offer exceptional customer service.
- Support various departments as needed, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage outlets, and events.
- Help with setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring everything is ready and well-maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across all assigned areas of the resort.
- Handle light administrative tasks, such as managing reservations or processing payments, when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a secure and healthy environment for guests and staff.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the summer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a resort setting is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Interest in pursuing a career in the hospitality or tourism industry.
