Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional P-Endorsement Chauffeur to join our elite team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and luxurious transportation services to our discerning clientele. This role demands exceptional driving prowess, an unwavering commitment to passenger safety, and a superior level of customer service. You will operate high-end vehicles, ensuring punctuality, discretion, and a consistently impeccable experience for every passenger.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their destinations using company-provided luxury vehicles.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and P-endorsement regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing Blacklane's premium brand.
- Utilize navigation systems effectively to choose optimal routes and avoid delays.
- Handle unexpected situations (e.g., traffic, diversions) with calm professionalism and effective problem-solving.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all passengers.
- Complete accurate trip logs and reports as required.
Required Skills
- Valid P-Endorsement on driver's license (or equivalent commercial passenger endorsement).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography and best routes within New Port Richey and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles with precision and care.
- Commitment to passenger safety and service excellence.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury vehicle models (e.g., Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Cadillac Escalade).
- Advanced defensive driving certification.
- Proficiency in a second language.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Prior experience with executive or VIP transportation services.
