Job Description

As a Junior Game Producer (Microsoft) on our Creative Career Path, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of innovative and engaging gaming experiences. This position is designed for individuals with a passion for game development, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn the intricacies of game production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, artists, engineers, and quality assurance, helping to ensure projects stay on track, meet quality standards, and are delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior producers in managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between various development teams (art, design, engineering, audio, QA).
  • Help organize and track tasks using project management tools.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and roadblocks.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive team environment.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes, summaries, and action items.
  • Help manage asset pipelines and content integration processes.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Game Production, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with game development lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience (e.g., internships, academic projects) in game development or project coordination.
  • Basic understanding of project management software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Passion for video games and familiarity with various gaming genres and platforms.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
