Job Description

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Windsor, ON, is seeking an enthusiastic Body Sculpting Trainee to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in body sculpting to receive comprehensive, paid training in state-of-the-art non-invasive body contouring treatments. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn advanced techniques, and contribute to helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals. We provide all the necessary training, tools, and support to launch a successful career in the fast-evolving world of medical aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo and successfully complete all provided paid training in various body sculpting technologies and protocols.
- Assist senior therapists and aestheticians during client consultations and treatment sessions.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment according to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Learn to operate and maintain specialized body sculpting equipment safely and effectively.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and home maintenance tips.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new treatment methodologies through continuous learning.
