Job Description
We are seeking a highly specialized Executive Sedan Specialist with a keen focus on the quiet and smooth ride characteristics of luxury vehicles. This role is crucial for our dealership in Missoula, where you will be instrumental in demonstrating, selling, and ensuring our executive sedan lineup meets the highest standards of comfort and performance. You will be the expert on Lexus’s advanced engineering in noise reduction, suspension tuning, and cabin insulation, translating these technical advantages into tangible benefits for our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury automotive features, a passion for refined driving experiences, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product expert for Lexus executive sedans, particularly focusing on their quiet and smooth ride attributes.
- Conduct in-depth vehicle demonstrations, highlighting advanced features related to ride comfort, noise cancellation, and suspension systems.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect executive sedan that aligns with their preferences for a refined and tranquil driving experience.
- Stay current with all Lexus product knowledge, competitive models, and automotive industry trends, especially concerning luxury vehicle dynamics.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to post-purchase support.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for executive sedan models.
- Educate customers on vehicle maintenance best practices to preserve optimal ride quality and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships based on trust and expertise.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or a related specialist role.
- Demonstrated expertise in automotive technology, especially suspension systems, sound dampening, and cabin acoustics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
