Job Description
Join our comprehensive Global Recruitment Program for Fruit Picking in the UK, based in the picturesque region of Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals from around the world to gain valuable experience in the agricultural sector. You will be responsible for the careful harvesting of various soft fruits, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting a variety of soft fruits, including strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, with care and precision.
- Adhering to strict quality control standards to ensure only the best produce is picked.
- Working efficiently to meet daily picking targets.
- Following all health and safety guidelines on the farm.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Reporting any issues with crop health or equipment to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
