Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pilates Studio Host to join our team in Saltaire. This unique role blends front-of-house studio management with flexible administrative support, allowing for some work-from-home options for specific tasks. You will be the welcoming face of our modern Pilates studio, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all members and visitors. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a passion for wellness, and a proactive approach to studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist members and prospective clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage studio bookings, enquiries, and membership administration.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio and reception area.
  • Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.
  • Assist with scheduling Pilates instructors and managing their availability.
  • Coordinate virtual class access and support for WFH options.
  • Handle communication via phone, email, and in-person efficiently.
  • Resolve member queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support marketing efforts and promotion of studio classes and events.
  • Manage inventory of studio supplies and merchandise.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or front-of-house role (at least 1 year).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using booking systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A genuine interest in health, fitness, or Pilates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of Pilates principles and practices.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • First Aid certification.
