Job Description
Join our vibrant Anthropologie team in Reno as a Part-time High School Sales Clerk! This entry-level role is perfect for high school students looking to gain valuable retail experience, develop customer service skills, and work in an inspiring boutique environment primarily on weekends. You’ll be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, assisting them with their shopping needs, and maintaining the beautiful presentation of our store. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional service.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fitting room needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
- Replenish merchandise, ensure proper sizing, and assist with visual merchandising efforts.
- Help with incoming shipments and general store upkeep as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines.
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays as required.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
