Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Apple Sales Support Specialist with a strong focus on lead management to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts for Apple products, managing the lifecycle of sales leads, and ensuring potential customers receive timely and effective engagement. You will act as a key liaison between prospective clients and our sales team, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and maintaining accurate records to drive sales conversions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound sales leads for Apple products, ensuring alignment with sales criteria.
  • Proactively follow up with warm leads via phone, email, and chat to gauge interest and identify specific needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of lead interactions, statuses, and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule product demonstrations and facilitate smooth handovers of qualified leads.
  • Provide initial product information and address common customer queries regarding Apple devices and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Apple accessories and services.
  • Generate regular reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead management processes and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple product launches, features, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or lead generation.
  • Strong understanding and passion for Apple products and ecosystem.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
