Job Description
Join Marriott International’s exclusive team as a Mystery Dinner Guest and play a pivotal role in maintaining our renowned standards of excellence in hospitality and culinary service. As a Mystery Dinner Guest, you will covertly evaluate our restaurant and bar services, providing invaluable feedback that directly influences our service quality and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Dine at designated Marriott-affiliated restaurants and bars as a regular guest, maintaining full anonymity.
- Rigorously evaluate the entire dining experience, including ambiance, service quality, food and beverage presentation and taste, staff attentiveness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Provide comprehensive, objective, and detailed written feedback reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Observe and report on customer interactions, operational efficiency, and overall atmosphere.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and guidelines regarding evaluations and assignments.
