Job Description

Are you fluent in both Spanish and English with a passion for helping people? Teleperformance is seeking highly motivated Remote Bilingual Agents to join our dynamic customer service team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and process requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
