Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and card transactions.
- Assist customers with menu selections and answer any questions about our products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front counter and dining room.
- Ensure all orders are correctly prepared and delivered to customers promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold McDonald's service standards.
