Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and card transactions.
  • Assist customers with menu selections and answer any questions about our products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front counter and dining room.
  • Ensure all orders are correctly prepared and delivered to customers promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold McDonald's service standards.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
