Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic WFH Renewal Coach with a specific focus on post-burnout support to join our dynamic team. This critical role involves providing personalized coaching and guidance to remote employees navigating recovery from professional burnout. As a Renewal Coach, you will empower individuals to rebuild resilience, develop sustainable work habits, and cultivate a healthier work-life balance within a remote environment. You will work closely with employees to identify root causes of burnout, create actionable recovery plans, and equip them with strategies for long-term well-being and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with employees recovering from burnout.
- Develop personalized renewal plans focusing on stress management, time prioritization, and boundary setting.
- Provide empathetic support and active listening to understand individual challenges and goals.
- Educate employees on best practices for remote work well-being and burnout prevention.
- Monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies to ensure effective recovery and sustained well-being.
- Collaborate with HR and Wellness teams to integrate coaching insights into broader employee support initiatives.
- Maintain confidential and accurate coaching records, adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Facilitate workshops and group sessions on resilience building and mental wellness for remote teams.
Required Skills
- Certified Professional Coach (e.g., ICF ACC/PCC, CPLC)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching, counseling, or mental health support, with a focus on burnout or stress management.
- Demonstrated understanding of the unique challenges of remote work and their impact on well-being.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.
- Proficiency in virtual communication and collaboration tools.
- Ability to develop and implement actionable strategies for personal and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience working within a large corporate or consulting environment.
