Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, trolleys, and check-in areas.
- Safely transport luggage carts and trolleys across designated airport zones.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering basic passenger inquiries.
- Ensure the secure and timely movement of baggage according to operational procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth baggage handling operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move luggage up to 25 kg regularly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Basic understanding of English for communication.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or physically active role (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with airport operations or desire to learn.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
