Job Description
Executive Limo Service Utah is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Stretch Limo Operator with a strong focus on precision driving to join our elite team. As a Stretch Limo Operator, you will be responsible for providing safe, luxurious, and punctual transportation services to our discerning clients across Ogden and the wider Utah area. This role demands exceptional driving proficiency, impeccable customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of our premium brand. You will operate our stretch limousine fleet for various engagements including corporate events, weddings, proms, airport transfers, and executive travel, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for all passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally operate stretch limousines, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage, opening and closing doors, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the limousine, both interior and exterior, before, during, and after each trip.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal operating condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge, ensuring timely arrival at destinations.
- Manage client itineraries and schedules with precision, adapting to changes professionally.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement.
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations.
- Exceptional knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Strong geographical knowledge of Ogden, Utah, and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and minor maintenance checks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience specifically operating stretch limousines or other large luxury vehicles.
- Advanced defensive driving certification.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Familiarity with luxury service protocols and high-net-worth client expectations.
