Job Description
We are looking for an astute and detail-oriented Automotive Mystery Shopper to conduct incognito evaluations of our service center operations. This unique contract role offers a high earning potential for individuals who can meticulously observe and report on the customer service experience, adherence to brand standards, and overall service quality. You will be responsible for visiting our service center as a regular customer, identifying strengths, and pinpointing areas for improvement through a structured evaluation process. Your objective feedback will be crucial in enhancing our service delivery and ensuring our customers consistently receive exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Posing as a regular customer, visit the designated automotive service center for scheduled maintenance or a specific repair service.
- Observe and evaluate the entire customer journey, from initial contact (online, phone, or in-person) to service completion and vehicle handover.
- Assess staff professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness, and adherence to established service protocols and brand standards.
- Evaluate the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the service department and waiting areas.
- Provide detailed, objective, and timely reports on observations, including specific examples and actionable insights.
- Identify compliance with customer service best practices and pinpoint areas where improvements can be made.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding your role and findings.
