Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our systems.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to empathize with customers and effectively de-escalate situations.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts as part of a flexible roster.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or teleperformance role.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
