Job Description

As a Junior Porter, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest experiences the high standards of service Hilton is renowned for. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage handling, and escort them to their rooms.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with transportation needs, including calling taxis and providing directions.
  • Deliver newspapers, messages, and other items to guest rooms promptly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Support the front desk and concierge teams with various tasks as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Ensure the security of guest belongings and hotel property.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
