Job Description

As a Porter, you will be a crucial part of ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our campus facilities, providing essential support to staff, students, and visitors alike. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of rooms for events, meetings, and classes.
- Transport furniture, equipment, and supplies across campus as required.
- Provide support for mail and parcel deliveries, ensuring efficient distribution.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of communal areas and grounds.
- Respond to routine maintenance requests and report any issues to the appropriate department.
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, providing directions and general assistance to visitors.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including locking and unlocking facilities as scheduled.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and university policies.
Required Skills
