Job Description
Are you passionate about holistic wellness and eager to start a rewarding career? Massage Experts in Regina is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Holistic Wellness Trainee. This is a unique entry-level opportunity to learn the art and science of massage therapy and aromatherapy from experienced professionals. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a certified wellness practitioner. No prior experience is required; we are looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to client well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all training modules covering various massage techniques and aromatherapy principles.
- Learn and accurately apply different massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, and relaxation techniques, under direct supervision.
- Study and prepare custom aromatherapy blends, understanding the properties and safe application of essential oils.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace in accordance with clinic standards.
- Assist senior therapists with client intake, setup, and post-session care.
- Develop strong client communication skills, learning to conduct consultations and provide aftercare advice.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and privacy protocols and company policies.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Required Skills
- No prior experience in massage or aromatherapy is required.
- Strong desire and enthusiasm to learn new skills in the wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A genuine interest in helping others achieve well-being.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a structured training program.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
