Job Description
Join CVS Health as an Evening Secret Shopper in Cleveland, Ohio! This unique part-time role offers you the opportunity to provide valuable feedback on our in-store customer experience. You will discreetly evaluate various aspects of our retail operations during evening hours, with all assignments designed to be completed by 9 PM daily. Your observations will help us maintain our commitment to excellence and improve the shopping experience for all our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned CVS Pharmacy locations in the Cleveland area during evening hours, completing visits by 9 PM.
- Discreetly observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, store environment, and associate interactions.
- Accurately document observations and experiences using a provided reporting system immediately after each visit.
- Adhere to all instructions and guidelines for each secret shopping assignment.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback to help improve store operations and customer service.
- Ensure timely submission of all reports within designated deadlines.
