Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a friendly and efficient attitude, handling transactions accurately.
- Prepare and bake a variety of fresh food products, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment, including food preparation areas, display units, and dining spaces.
- Manage stock rotation, replenishment, and merchandising to ensure products are readily available and attractive.
- Operate tills, handle cash and card payments, and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Adhere to all food safety, health, and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve daily goals and customer satisfaction.
