Job Description
Join Riot Games as a WFH EA Customer Success team member, focusing on the dynamic world of gaming. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with no prior experience to kickstart a career in customer success within a leading video game company. You’ll be the first point of contact for our players, providing exceptional support and administrative assistance from the comfort of your home. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to contribute to our global player community from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to player inquiries promptly and professionally via various channels (email, chat, forums).
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding game features, account management, and technical issues.
- Assist players with troubleshooting common problems and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
- Document all player interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve player experience and support processes.
- Perform light administrative tasks to support the customer success team's operations.
- Act as a player advocate, gathering feedback and identifying trends to inform product and service improvements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Riot Games' products, services, and community guidelines.
