Job Description

No prior experience is required as we provide full, comprehensive training from day one. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This is an on-site position based in our Lloydminster office, ensuring you receive direct support and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Accurately identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Educate customers on Telus products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
