Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Relations Specialist with a strong focus on creative talent to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with key creative influencers and thought leaders who align with Apple’s brand values and product ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape Apple’s presence in the creative community, working with artists, designers, musicians, filmmakers, and other visionaries to amplify their stories and showcase how Apple products enable their extraordinary work. You will strategize and execute influencer campaigns, manage partnerships, and measure impact, all while maintaining the highest standards of brand integrity and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard top-tier creative talent across various disciplines (e.g., visual arts, music production, film, photography) whose work aligns with Apple’s brand and product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong, authentic relationships with influencers, acting as a primary point of contact and brand advocate.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and oversee budget allocation for influencer activities.
  • Monitor influencer content and performance, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, PR, legal, and social media teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms in the influencer marketing space, especially within creative communities.
  • Educate influencers on Apple products and technologies, ensuring they have the resources and understanding to create compelling content.
  • Ensure all influencer activities comply with relevant guidelines, regulations, and Apple's brand standards.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or talent management, with a strong focus on creative industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, recruit, and manage relationships with high-profile creative talent.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the creative landscape, including key platforms, trends, and communities (e.g., art, music, film, design).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a global brand or in the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with Apple products and services, and a passion for technology and creativity.
