Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Google Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the USA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Google users, providing exceptional support across various Google products and services. You will troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line customer support for Google products and services via chat, email, and phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, account inquiries, and billing questions efficiently and accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, friendly, and timely assistance.
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes, new features, and troubleshooting techniques for Google products.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
