Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Intercity Limo Operator to join our team in Glendale, CA. This role involves providing safe, punctual, and exceptional chauffeured services for our clients on steady regional routes. You will be responsible for ensuring client comfort, maintaining vehicle immaculate conditions, and adhering to the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients on pre-determined intercity and regional routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal operational safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist clients with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout the journey.
- Accurately complete trip manifests, mileage logs, and other required documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or any unforeseen issues.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher).
- Clean driving record with no major violations for the past 5 years.
- Minimum of 2 years professional chauffeuring or passenger transport experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Southern California road networks and navigation tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury vehicle operation (e.g., sedans, SUVs, limousines).
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced driver training.
- Proficiency in using GPS and digital dispatch systems.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
