Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform multiple sets daily as part of a band or as a solo artist, covering a diverse repertoire of musical genres including pop, rock, jazz, classical, and international hits.
- Engage with guests and contribute to a lively and enjoyable atmosphere in various venues onboard, such as lounges, main stage, and outdoor decks.
- Participate in rehearsals, sound checks, and costume fittings as required to maintain high performance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow musicians, vocalists, and entertainment staff to ensure seamless show delivery.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
- Be flexible with scheduling and adaptable to changes in performance venues or repertoire.
- Assist with equipment setup and breakdown as needed.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand repertoire and improve musical skills.
- Support other entertainment events and activities as directed by the Entertainment Manager.
Required Skills
- Exceptional proficiency on at least one instrument (e.g., piano, guitar, bass, drums, saxophone, violin, vocals).
- Ability to read sheet music, lead sheets, and charts proficiently.
- Strong improvisational skills and ability to adapt to various musical styles.
- Excellent stage presence and engaging audience interaction skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (verbal communication).
- Valid passport and eligibility to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing in live entertainment venues, resorts, or on other cruise lines.
- Ability to play multiple instruments (multi-instrumentalists highly valued).
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Formal musical education or equivalent professional training.
