Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to manage the daily operations and administrative needs of a prestigious private estate in Garland, TX. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and act independently. The ideal candidate will be a trustworthy professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and oversee household staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Manage household budgets, reconcile expenses, and process invoices.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Run errands, perform personal shopping, and manage various household projects.
- Assist with event planning and execution for private gatherings.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the estate by anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional matters.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a private estate or high-level executive setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Discretion and impeccable judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with household management software or systems.
- Prior experience managing household budgets and expenses.
