Job Description

We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid training to help you obtain your forklift certification. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will learn essential skills in material handling, inventory management, and safe equipment operation, all while being a vital part of our operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in a structured, paid forklift training program to obtain certification.
- Learn to safely and efficiently operate various types of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading freight, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and federal regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and operational goals are met.
Required Skills
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull packages up to 75 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or physically demanding role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
