Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious High-Window Glass Cleaner to join our specialist team in Quebec City. This role involves performing professional high-rise window cleaning tasks, ensuring sparkling results while adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company standards. Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-window glass cleaning duties efficiently and to a high standard.
- Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment, including platforms, lifts, and rope access gear.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations, procedures, and best practices for working at heights.
- Inspect windows and glass surfaces for damage or special cleaning requirements.
- Ensure the proper setup and takedown of work sites, including safety barriers and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and clients regarding job progress and any issues encountered.
- Maintain all equipment in clean, safe, and working condition.
Required Skills
- Proven ability or strong aptitude for working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (1+ year) in high-rise window cleaning or a similar role.
- Certification in rope access (e.g., IRATA) or aerial work platform operation.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
