Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous WFH Document Specialist to join our remote team. This role is critical for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of vital documents, maintaining data integrity, and supporting our operational workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately review, classify, and process a high volume of digital and physical documents.
  • Enter data into various systems with exceptional speed and accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily retrievable and securely stored.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, compliance regulations, and data security protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve document-related issues.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to document processing activities as needed.
  • Participate in training and development to stay updated on new procedures and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and strong typing skills (e.g., 50+ WPM).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a document processing, data entry, or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) or electronic health records (EHR).
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry.
