Job Description

Join Apple Inc. as an Apple Customer Liaison focused exclusively on written support. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office in Edinburgh, Scotland, and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class written support to Apple customers across various products and services.
