Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Support restaurant operations by coordinating with on-site teams for special requests or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center, virtual customer service, or online order processing role.
