Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders
- Operate cash register and handle cash and card transactions efficiently
- Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, and other menu offerings according to McDonald's quality standards
- Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Replenish supplies and assist with inventory management
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first attitude and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Punctuality and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
