Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a WFH Content Moderator and play a vital role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment. This is a 100% remote position where you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to ethical standards will directly contribute to protecting users from harmful or inappropriate material. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, objective, and passionate about fostering healthy online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive content issues to appropriate teams for further review.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks.
- Stay informed about updates to content policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent application of moderation standards.
- Document findings and actions taken in a clear and concise manner.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content.
