Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email to Netflix members globally.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming devices, account access, and billing inquiries.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, plans, and content navigation.
  • Accurately document all member interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex member issues.
  • Continuously learn about new Netflix features, content, and support tools.
  • Contribute positively to a fun, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role (1+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with streaming technologies and common consumer electronic devices.
  • Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Spanish).
