Job Description
Join Humana Inc. as a Corporate Office Restocking Assistant, specializing in snacks and beverages, for our day shift operations in Downtown Louisville. This essential role ensures our corporate common areas, kitchens, and meeting rooms are always well-stocked, clean, and inviting for our employees and guests. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, organizing supplies, and ensuring a pleasant and productive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of snacks, beverages, and other office supplies in designated areas.
- Execute daily restocking of kitchens, break rooms, and meeting areas, ensuring all items are fresh and readily available.
- Organize and rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all stocked areas, including counters, refrigerators, and shelves.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, verifying contents against invoices.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to all company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
- Must be available for day shift hours.
