Job Description
Are you a night owl looking for a dynamic role with great pay? Tesco in Oxford is seeking dedicated Night Fill Pickers to join our supermarket logistics team. This vital role ensures our shelves are fully stocked and ready for our customers each morning. Working overnight, you’ll be responsible for efficiently replenishing products, maintaining stock accuracy, and contributing to a well-organized store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and replenish products onto shelves from delivered stock, following store layouts and planograms.
- Ensure products are correctly faced up and displayed according to merchandising standards.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet trucks, roll cages).
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or issues to the team leader.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily replenishment targets.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality for night shifts.

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
