Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Social Media Comment Labeler with a focus on moderation to join our team in Dundee. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing and categorizing social media comments based on specific guidelines to help improve content moderation systems and ensure platform safety. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent comprehension skills, and an ability to work with sensitive content while maintaining objectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze social media comments, identifying content that violates platform guidelines or requires moderation.
- Accurately apply predefined labels and categories to a high volume of comments based on comprehensive policy documentation.
- Provide clear and concise justifications for labeling decisions when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and project leads to ensure consistent application of guidelines.
- Identify and escalate complex or ambiguous cases that require further review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of labeling guidelines and moderation processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
