Job Description
Are you a motivated and friendly 15-year-old looking for your first work experience? Target in Pasco, Washington, is seeking enthusiastic Service Associates to join our team for after-school shifts. This entry-level position is perfect for students eager to learn about retail operations, customer service, and teamwork in a supportive environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive shopping experience and our store remains well-organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing assistance as needed.
- Assist guests with locating products and answering basic inquiries.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Support inventory management through stocking shelves and organizing backroom areas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system (POS) after appropriate training.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for all guests.
Required Skills
